The difference between the Republican Party and the Democratic Party

– The only downside to calling out stuff about the Democratic
Party is whenever I do it, I get a bunch of right-wing people going, “Yay, Tim Black, yay, Tim Black!” and it’s like, “No, no, I don’t like you either. In fact, I like you less.” (upbeat music) Only difference is, the
corporate Republicans admit who they are, they tell you who they are. You know, they show up with a gun and say, “I’m here to rob you. Not gonna act like I’m your friend. I’m here to take from you and give to the rich guys over there. That’s the deal. That’s my job.” Democratic Party’s a little different. They take you out for a beer, “Hey, man, how you doing, man? Hey, man, let’s go get
a beer, man, on me.” “For real, dog, you really
gonna take me for a beer?” “Yeah, man, look like you
could use a beer, man. Come on, let’s go take out, get a beer.” They sit down at the bar with you, listen to all your problems, “Yeah, man, these damn
cops keep messin’ with us.” “Really, keep messin’ with you, man? I’m gon’ help you fix that.” “Man, you gon’ help me fix the
cops messin’ with me, man?” “Yeah, man, ’cause I’m on your side.” “We got other problems too, man. The damn schools, man, the
schools ain’t workin’ right, man. We need better schools. You know, we gotta school
where the kids are gettin’ infected with mold. Mold just goin’ to the school.” “Oh, God! Mold on the kids! I’m gonna fix that ’cause I got your back. I’m a Democrat.” “Like, wow, man! This is amazing, man. I love you, Democrat guys, man. You understand my pain.” “Absolutely, we do.” Now you listen all that, you sit there at the bar of life. Life in politics. You have a few drinks with
the Democrat Party guy. (sighs) Then when you’re totally
plastered and you’re leavin’ the bar, (laughs) he pulls out his gun! (laughs) “Give me all your money! I’m a give it to the rich guys over here.” (laughs) “I thought you were on my side!” “That’s what you get for thinkin’. Stop thinkin’! Always thinkin’. Incrementalism! Incrementalism!” “Ahh!” Give it up for that. (laughs) I might put that in my act. I like that. That’s a good one. (upbeat music)

  1. What's the difference? The Democrats are to the left of the Republicans on abortion, gay rights (for the most part), and civil rights (when it's convenient for them).

  2. That's right…dims live in self-delusion, lies and hypocrisy, AND THEY DO NOT REALIZE IT IS PAINFULLY OBVIOUS TO THE PUBLIC AT LARGE…fools to the end, puppets to the end, addled non-thinkers who left their critical thinking skills in the third grade sand box.

  3. Vote for Republicans and they'll do the bidding of their donors and occasionally throw you a bone with a $1,000 tax cut. Vote for corporate Democrats and they'll do the bidding of their donors and occasionally throw you a bone on civil rights.

But either way, you're totally boned.

  4. lol~🙋DemonRats are snakes in the grass, will stab🔪 you in the back & smile in your face. Meantime, Republicans don't give a [email protected] either & be like, phuck you in your face without a smile. 😂one bird, different wings.

  5. The difference between the Republican and Democratic parties is the difference between the wolf and the wolf in sheep's clothing.

  6. I feel like the Dems will let you keep your ID and Phone, but the GOP will take everything plus your shoes. But your still getting robbed no matter what.

  7. When we progressives attack the democratic party, conservatives applaud, not realizing that we consider them worse, wholly missing the point that our criticisms are meant to improve the democratic party, to focus attention on the issues that matter and make democrats into a party for the people … if such a thing is even possible with all the big money corruption …

  8. Typical shucking and jiving. All that beer analogy bullshit just to say that democrats pander to blacks because they're easy to pander to, wow really hard-hitting analysis. Wake me up when you get woke enough to realize that the republicans you think you're against ARE the same party as the democrats you think are sweet-talking your people. Get with the alt-right Tim Black! We may disparage your genetic handicap but at least we're honest about it. If you and your people get on board with us maybe we can make something incredible happen when we finally destroy the bolsheviks once and for all–a homeland for BOTH our peoples!

  9. In my opinion, it's a good thing if right wingers are liking you for bashing Dems from the left.

It proves that populism is popular all across the spectrum.

  10. Republicans will fuck you to your face while Democrats fuck you in peace. Republicans are the robbers. Democrats hire people to rob you while acting like your friend.

  11. Whenever I shred the Dems for their corruption people automatically assume I'm a Republican. These are the same clueless people who think the Democrats are "left wing".

  12. I have a good friend who always went to Republican events . I asked him why . He told me better food and drinks. . An event in the County was going on . I went with him. Since he had tickets . No Democrats showed up . The Republicans had open Bar great food. We had a drink on the Republicans and laughed . They both will sell us out but one gave us a drink. Never been back .

  13. The Republican Party, commonly referred to as the GOP (abbreviation for Grand Old Party), is one of the two major political parties in the United States, the other being its historic rival, the Democratic Party.

The party is named after republicanism, the dominant value during the American Revolution.

Founded by anti-slavery activists, economic modernizers, ex Whigs and ex Free Soilers in 1854, the Republicans dominated politics nationally (and in the majority of northern states) for most of the period between 1860 and 1932.

The Republican Party originally championed classical liberal ideas, including anti-slavery and economic reforms.

The party was usually dominant over the Democrats during the Third Party System and Fourth Party System.

In 1912, Theodore Roosevelt formed the Progressive ("Bull Moose") Party after being rejected by the GOP and ran as a candidate.

He called for many social reforms, some of which were later championed by New Deal Democrats in the 1930s.

He lost the election, and when most of his supporters returned to the GOP, they were at odds with the new conservative economic stance, leading to them leaving for the Democratic Party, and an ideological shift to the right in the Republican Party.

The liberal New Deal Democrats dominated the Fifth Party System at the national level.

The weak liberal Republican element was overwhelmed by a conservative surge begun by Barry Goldwater in 1964 and fulfilled during the Reagan Era.

Currently, their ideology is American conservatism, which contrasts with the Democrats' more progressive platform (also called modern liberalism).

The GOP's political platform supports lower taxes (primarily on multinational corporations and higher earners), free market capitalism, free enterprise, a strong national defense, more gun rights, deregulation, and restrictions on labor unions.

In addition to advocating for conservative economic policies, the Republican Party is socially conservative and seeks to uphold traditional values based largely on Judeo-Christian ethics.

The GOP was strongly committed to protectionism and tariffs from its founding until the 1930s, when it was based in the industrial Northeast and Midwest.

Since 1952, there has been a reversal against protectionism, and the party's core support since the 1990s comes chiefly from the South, the Great Plains, the Mountain States, and rural areas in the North, as well as from conservative Catholics, Mormons and Evangelicals nationwide.

The party has won 24 of the last 40 presidential elections and there have been a total of 19 Republican Presidents, the most from any one party.

The first was 16th President Abraham Lincoln, who served from 1861 until his assassination in 1865; and the most recent being 45th and current president Donald Trump, who took office on January 20, 2017.

The Republican Party is currently the primary party in power in the United States, holding the presidency (Donald Trump), majorities in both the House of Representatives and the Senate, a majority of governorships and state legislatures (full control of 32/50, split control of five others).

Furthermore, the GOP presently hold "trifectas" (the executive branch and both chambers of the legislative branch) in a majority of states (26/50) and a "trifecta plus" (executive, legislative and judicial branches) at the federal level (as five of the nine Supreme Court justices were appointed by Republican Presidents).

  14. The two party system is a scam to divide the people so that they don't revolt.
The Left wing and Right wing belong to the same bird that shits on everybody.

  15. republicans do the same thing to other demographics. they tell them they care about their religious values and shit then when they turn their heads they rob them blind too. the difference is that their whiteness allows them to not have to worry explicit state violence. they're fear powerless immigrants though apparently.
