Trump’s ‘no collusion’ tactic, debunked

There’s no collusion! There’s been no collusion. no collusion. no collusion. No collusion, no nothing! He can say no collusion and that’s technically true but that’s not the legal term that we’re using to describe the wrongdoing that Mueller is investigating or the things that we’re concerned about here. I don’t even know if that’s a crime, colluding about Russians ou start analyzing the crime the hacking is the crime. The President didn’t hack! So no one will ever see him charged with collusion because that’s not the term that we use in the law. The term that you will see them using is conspiracy. So there are a number of crimes that Trump might be charged with. At the broadest sense he might be charged with a conspiracy to defraud the United States that’s what a number of Russians were charged with. The indictment charged 12 Russian military officers by name for conspiring to interfere with the 2016 presidential election. And the conspiracy to defraud the United States means that they were somehow trying to trick or impede US governmental function from what it’s supposed to be and that there’s more than one person and there’s an agreement to do that. We know that Mueller has already charged Russians with the computer crimes fraud and abuse act and that’s the statute that they use to charge people when they gain unauthorized access to someone else’s computer system 11 of the defendants are charged with conspiring to hack into computers, steal documents and release those documents with the intent to interfere in the election. So there could have been a conspiracy to hack into the DNC servers or the Clinton campaign emails and then release those emails. The Russian collusion hoax, it’s a hoax. No collusion, there’s been no obstruction. It’s all a made up fantasy, it’s a witch hunt. There’s been no collusion. There’s been no crime. The President is trying to mislead in using a term that’s not the legal question at issue. To suggest he has greater innocence in this than what we have seen There is certainly tremendous concern both in the law enforcement and the intelligence communities that something really untoward was happening here. There should be no doubt that Russia perceived that it’s past efforts as successful. And the president is trying to pretend like those suspicions and concerns do not exist by using this term collusion.

  1. Trump uses the term collusion because that's the term a vast majority of main stream media networks feed to the masses. Regardless, if there was conspiracy why has Trump been so compliant with the investigation? Why would Trump conspire to financially and socially promote Mrs. Clinton? It really doesn't make sense. However it's apparent that one media topic has garnered consistent consumer traffic above anything short of a tragedy than the mere idea of Trump "collusion." If I have stated something you believe to be incorrect or misleading please let me know why you feel that way.
